Please carefully read and sign the document prior to beginning driving lessons…

• If the instructor believes that the pupil is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, a controlled substance or is unfit to drive at the time of the lesson; the instructor can cancel the lesson and the fee for the lesson will be lost.
• Lesson payments must be made 72hrs prior to the lesson start time to secure your booking; unless it has been agreed that the instructor will accept cash on the day.
• Lessons cancelled at short notice or missed for whatever reason (48hrs before lesson start time) will require payment in full.
• The instructor has the right to withhold the use of their vehicle if they do not believe you are fit to take the practical test, you will not have the test fee refunded.
• The price list is subject to change, but pupils will be given at least 2 weeks’ notice of any changes, and any previous monies received before the price change will be honoured at the previous rate.
• In accordance with the GDPR we would like to inform you that we will hold personal information relevant to your driving course for 2 years after you have completed your driving lessons.
• Any complaints should be made directly to the instructor, or via email to info@drivingwithdennis.co.uk so that we can deal with the complaint promptly and obtain a suitable resolution.
